When Contacting Us, Please Include:

- The version of SecretR00M you're using (found in Settings)
- Your iOS version (found in Settings > General > About)
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
- Any error messages you've seen
Response Time
We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days.
Please note:
- Complex issues may require additional time to investigate
- Response times may be longer during weekends and holidays
- We respond in the order inquiries are received
Bug Reports
Found a bug? We appreciate you taking the time to report it. When reporting bugs, please include:
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Steps to reproduce the bug
- Device model and iOS version
- App version number
Feature Requests
We welcome feedback and suggestions for improving SecretR00M While we can't implement every request, we do review all suggestions and consider them for future updates.
What We Cannot Help With
Due to the nature of our privacy-focused design:
- Message Recovery — We cannot recover deleted messages or closed rooms
- Account Issues — The app does not use accounts
- Message Content — We cannot see or access your encrypted messages
- Third-Party Apps — We cannot provide support for other applications
