Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CalculatorPR0 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

CalculatorPR0 is a messaging application that provides:

• End-to-end encrypted messaging
• Temporary rooms for conversations
• Secure communication between participants

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SecretR00M only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit illegal content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute malware or malicious content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your use of the App
• Content you create, send, or share
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Maintaining the security of your device

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, be available at any particular time, or operate without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Kulcsar shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or failures
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your communications

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Encryption Disclaimer

While SecretR00M implements end-to-end encryption to protect your messages:

• No security system is perfect or impenetrable
• We cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats
• Security depends partly on proper use and device security
• You should not rely solely on the App for critical security needs

Temporary Nature of Service

By design, rooms and messages in CalculatorPR0 are temporary. You acknowledge that:

• Messages are not stored after rooms end
• There is no message backup or recovery
• Rooms may close unexpectedly due to network issues or app behavior
• You should not rely on the App for persistent storage of important information

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Kevin Kulcsar and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use the App's name or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Block access to the service if these terms are violated

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kevin Kulcsar regarding the use of the App.
